50% deposit required at time of booking with remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment. 

No Refunds after 30 days UNLESS we are able to re-book. Payments may be made via wire transfer, cashier check or money order. Contact us for information. Must call to make a confirmed reservation (713-898-4339 or send an email inquiry to: forproffit@aol.com. Four day minimum stay is required.
